Mousavi residential commercial building is located in Qeydar, Zanjan province. Qeydar (Khodabandeh) is near Soltaniyeh Dome and Sojas mosque, which are the remnants of solid and brick architecture of the Seljuk and Ilkhanid periods. The challenge of this material was how to put the contrasting uses like commercial and residential together with a balanced amount. During the form design process, all efforts have been made to maintain the rigidity and purity of the same material.
